SPD Flash Tool

The SPD Research Tool is mainly used for R&D and debugging, supports reading and writing flash partitions, NV parameters, PhaseCheck and ProdNV partitions (read back and then write to the phone), and supports functions such as packaging downloaded files. But this tool will not initialise ProdNV and PhaseCheck partition by default; this tool is not recommended as a production test tool.
